Inspired by our Better Together theme and Nashville street artist Kelsey Montague, elementary teachers Dana Bradley and Christy Shelton installed this beautiful interactive K-6 collaborative art project that asks passersby to ponder the question “What lifts you?”

In December, the Oakwood Theatre Department presented a stunning production of Spring Awakening

This production follows a legacy of challenging plays that don’t shy away from difficult subject matter with a seminal work of modern drama that deals with profound and important subjects.

In May, the Elementary Spring Concert showcased the passion and dedication of our teachers and students

The Oakwood community took a challenging situation and created absolute magic. The Elementary Spring Showcase included many acts, from small to huge. Commentary from the participants described how they navigated remote learning, collaboration, and technology.

In June, our Secondary Campus held its annual Arts Festival showcase

This year’s format had to be different, but it was no less inspiring. The show included the outstanding Music and Dance Concert, the immersive and expansive Visual Arts Exhibition, and the remarkable and beloved Big Show.
